Terms of Use:

These terms of use apply to the website located at (the “Website”) and the design and content featured on this Website including text, materials, clothing and other product designs, product information, graphics, artwork, images, so-called “look and feel”, photography, audio and video clips or content and other information on this Website as may be updated from time to time (the “Content”). By accessing and using this Website and the Content, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms and conditions may change from time to time without prior notice to you, and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions which are in effect each time you access this Website and/or the Content. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not access or use the Website or the Content.

User Types Defined

Wholesale Members: a licensed medical practitioner, medical director at a medical spa (or their representative) purchasing products for resale at their respective business.

Direct Consumer: an individual who is prescribed a skincare treatment eg. Christina Clinical by a Wholesale Member.

User Privacy

Please review our privacy policy for additional information. Personal information is collected to verify users, process and ship orders, communication specials and promotions. Your information is never sold to third parties.

Prohibited or Unlawful Use

You represent and warrant that you will not use our Website and/or the Content for any purpose that is either unlawful or prohibited by any of these Terms of Use. You agree not to provide your personal profile sign-in information and password to any person and not to use our Website and/or the Content in any manner which could cause it to be disabled, damaged, overloaded, or impaired or interfere with any other person’s use and enjoyment of our Website. You may not misrepresent your identity as a user or submit any false, misleading or untrue documentation or information to our Website. You agree not to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, solicitations, spam, junk mail or harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Website for the purposes of sending spam. You agree not to reserve engineer any aspect of the Website or use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Website or to extract data. You agree not to “frame” the Website or otherwise make it look like you have a relationship to us or that we have endorsed you for any purpose. D&R Aesthetic Technologies, in its sole and unfettered discretion, reserves the right, without prejudice to any rights or claims that we may have against you, to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if we believe that your use of our Website contravenes these Website Terms of Use, violates applicable law or is harmful to D&R Aesthetic Technologies interests.

Acceptance, Rejection or Cancellation of Orders

You agree that your submission of an order on the Website is an offer to buy the D&R Aesthetic Technologies products listed in your order under these Terms of Use. All orders must be accepted by D&R Aesthetic Technologies. We may choose not to accept any orders including those that D&R Aesthetic Technologies suspects are not placed in good faith or contravene applicable law. Once your order is received and we accept your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email with your order number and details of the items you have ordered. Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract of sale between you and us will not take place unless and until you have received an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any order prior to shipping and whether before or after acceptance of your order. Upon such a cancellation we will send a cancellation notice to the email provided by you. If cancelled, we will have no obligation to fulfill your order and you will have no obligation to pay us for the order. Upon shipping of your order, you will be charged the amount set out in your order confirmation email. We will not ship the order to you until your card issuer has authorized the use of your card for payment of the ordered Products. As your order confirmation email is your proof of purchase, you should save and print that document for your potential future use.

Marketing Materials

All Wholesale Members are eligible to receive the following marketing materials to support the sale of specific skincare products; eg Christina Clinical skincare line. Marketing materials may include; display cases, printed materials, training materials, brochures, social media support, promotions, digital marketing distribution channels.

Marketing materials are provided at no additional cost for new members. Additional marketing materials may be requested, at an additional cost.

Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, D&R Aesthetic Technologies does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Should your order arrive, and something is clearly wrong with the product(s), or the product(s) have been damaged in transit, D&R Aesthetic Technologies, on a case-by-case basis, may offer to resend the product(s) or issue a refund.

In order to have your products resent or a refund issued, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged products.

Shipping Times, Tracking, and Additional Shipping Information. After receiving payment, we ship items that are in stock within one week (see more below).

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days

The exceptions to our 2 business day turn around are addressed below.

Order statuses and tracking numbers are updated when the shipping labels have been created for your order.

If there is ever a significant delay before your order can be shipped, we’ll communicate that with you via the email you provided.

Exceptions to our typical turnaround time include:

  • during local/national holidays (when the post office is closed)
  • during peak seasonal times (October to January and April to end of June)
  • when we are experiencing a higher than usual volume of orders (like during special events and sales)
  • large custom orders and wholesale orders – these order types don’t follow our typical shipping schedule.

D&R Aesthetic Technologies is not responsible for any additional delivery charges one may encounter when receiving their packages. These additional fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Should you choose not to add a tracking number to your order upon check out of your purchase, D&R Aesthetic Technologies is not responsible for lost orders.

[FOR WHEN WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY] International orders are shipped air mail and do not automatically include a tracking number. Should you wish to have a tracking number added, you must request it during your checkout process in the ‘notes’ section. You will also incur an additional charge for the added tracking number, in which D&R Aesthetic Technologies will contact you regarding before your order is processed. Please note the additional charge is generally double the international shipping fee that you are charged automatically during your checkout.

D&R Aesthetic Technologies reserves the right to decline shipment of orders outside of North America.

Free Shipping

Should your order qualify for free shipping, D&R Aesthetic Technologies reserves the right to ship your order via the most economical option regardless of the option picked during checkout.

For any North American orders that qualify for free shipping with our “free shipping for North American orders over $200” (additional: 250, 500, 1200) promo, tracking will be included on the order.

Free shipping does not extend to orders replacement display cases or their associated printed materials.

Order Delivery Times

This is a guideline for the estimated delivery time AFTER your order has been shipped (which is generally a week after your order has been placed – see “When will my order be shipped?” above for more info on processing timelines)

[STOCK PEDNING CONFIRMATION OF SHIPPING] These guidelines are for “AIR MAIL WITH TRACKING” (expedient mail). If you picked “Air Mail with NO Tracking”, the delivery time will be longer than the fastest estimate.

*It is important to note that standard shipping times do not apply during holidays, expect delays.

Order Payment

Payment is made directly on the Website through a third party [need language – confirming] We accept Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and Debit Visa. (please note terms for payment, order completion and shipping).

Once an order is confirmed, you agree to pay the outlined amount and taxes as per the terms.

Please note that all prices listed here are in Canadian dollars.

Changes/Cancellations to Orders

Orders cannot be changed/cancelled on the Website after payment is submitted. Once in fulfilment, customers can request a change or cancellation only via email, within 6 hours of your order submission. There will be a $15 administration charge. Note that we can’t cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please email your change request and we will send you a separate invoice for the administration charge to be paid before your change(s) will be processed. Please allow at least 3 days to process your invoice and order change. This will delay the shipment of your order accordingly.

Incorrect Addresses, Non-deliverable, or Refused Shipments

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their mailing/shipping address is correct. D&R Aesthetic Technologies ships to the address given at checkout. Please ensure the address you pick while completing your payment is correct and matches the shipping address given during check out. D&R Aesthetic Technologies is not responsible for human errors made when providing a shipping address.

When packages are returned to D&R Aesthetic Technologies marked ‘Returned’, ‘Unclaimed’, ‘Refused’, or ‘Invalid Address’, the customer will be contacted. The customer will then have 2 options:

  1. To have their order refunded, less a 20% restocking fee, all shipping charges, and the fee charged to us by [insert shipping carrier] to pick up the returned parcel.
  2. To have their order re-shipped to an address to that can accept the order (with signature confirmation). If this option is picked, the customer will need to pay the fee charged to us by [insert shipping carrier] to pick up their returned parcel, as well as the shipping fees to re-ship their order.

Coupon & Reward Points Policy

Our shop can only accept one discount/coupon code per order. Discount/coupon codes we may offer include but are not limited to:

  • D&R Aesthetic Technologies Rewards are redeemed at check out based on qualifying purchase amounts as outlined below.
  • Free Product Promos
  • Flash Sale and Percentage (%) off Promos
  • Sample Promos

Please be sure to read all the details of each discount/coupon code before placing your order. Discount codes cannot be redeemed after payment is received. Order changes can be made manually by customers before their order moves on to the fulfillment stage. After that, changes are subject to a $15 administration fee, as outlined above. If you have any questions regarding a promo, please email us before placing your order.

D&R Aesthetic Technologies Rewards

This is our way of showing our appreciation to loyal members. You’ll earn rewards for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. A discount will be automatically applied at check out.

Anyone with a wholesale account is automatically enrolled.

We reserve the right to revoke a discount or reward for a suspicious referral or cancelled order. Applied discounts are calculated based on volume/value of goods purchased before applicable taxes.

Wholesale Members

Verified Wholesale Members (medical license provided at registration) are eligible for rewards, promotions and other discounts based on purchase volumes and referrals.

We reserve the right to set resale pricing models, discount limitations and seasonal promotions. Changes in pricing will be communicated to you by either the email provided at registration or by your dedicated business development representative.

We provide a platform for your patients, clients and/or prescribers to purchase their prescribed product at no additional cost to them. Product price points will mirror the resale pricing model in effect. An accumulated discount of resale profits will be applied at checkout for your future orders.

Direct Consumer Purchases of Clinical Skincare Products

If you are a member who was referred by a Dr., Dermatologist, Medical Aesthetician, Medical Spa, Nurse etc. you can purchase your prescribed skincare products at the same rate here. Discounts will be provided to you by your prescribing agent.

Free shipping on qualified resale orders of $200 or more before taxes.

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
